Ten Fathoms Records is an independent label and creative incubator working at the intersection of heavy bass, global rhythm and cinematic atmosphere — thirty years on from a California studio cutting conscious riddims and heavy dub.
The Foundation
The DNA of Ten Fathoms is the heavy drum and bass of roots reggae. Founded by producer and industry veteran Ras Dave, the label traces its lineage back to Psalm Records USA in 1995.
From analog sessions in famous studios to dominating the earliest digital music economy on MP3.com, the ethos hasn't moved in three decades.
